Eight steps from booking to handing the trailer back. We promise: reading this takes longer than doing it.
1. Book your trailer
Choose the station, the type and the time, then pay with Swish. You'll get a booking link by text message. That link is your key.
2. Unlock it with the booking link
When it's time to collect your trailer, open the link and press “Unlock”. The trailer is now ready to use.
2. Reverse up to the trailer so the coupling sits over the tow ball
3. Wind down the jockey wheel until the coupling locks onto the tow ball
4. Plug in the electrics and give it a quarter turn
5. Attach the breakaway cable then release the handbrake
6. Wind up the jockey wheel
Wind it up and then retract it fully, or it will scrape along the road. Do check that it's all the way up.
7. Check the trailer over and make sure everything looks right before you set off.
8. Finish your booking
Go back to your booking link once the trailer is returned and close the booking in a few simple steps.
